Art in the Aquarium Talk – Decolonising Mayflower 400
Co-hosted by Take A Part and North Star Study Group with artists Sarah Sense and Laura Hopes

Artists Sarah Sense & Laura Hopes will share their artworks which reflect on histories & myths of Mayflower 400 & its relationship to the Atlantic. Sarah & Laura will lead a discussion on creative strategies for decolonising cultural commemorations.

Monumental Monument Walk and Talk

There are a lot of Monumental monuments in Plymouth РFrancis Drake’s statue, The Mayflower Steps, Sir John Hawkins Square. North Star Study Group invite you on a walk to discover the alternate stories behind these, and other Plymouth monuments.
